Josh Hawley: America Is Tired of Democrats’ Playbook

Missouri Senator Josh Hawley joined ‘The Ingraham Angle’ to discuss the failures of the Biden administration and the path forward under Donald Trump’s presidency. Reflecting on Biden’s promise to restore the soul of the country, Hawley emphasized how that pledge has compromised public safety, national security, and American prosperity.

“This represents the last gasps of dying liberalism. These are their pinups, their poster children—Liz Cheney, that’s who they want to go out the door with? And George Soros, their financier,” Hawley stated.

“Over the past four years, Biden has sabotaged the country by opening our borders, shutting down oil and natural gas production, and taking away gas stoves. Naturally, he’s continuing this on his way out. However, help is on the way. Furthermore, Congress needs to take immediate action, get busy, and start passing legislation to overturn these harmful policies,” he added.

Ingraham then highlighted the contradictions in Biden’s actions, including his continued spending on student loan forgiveness and billions in aid to Ukraine, despite the shifting political landscape.

“This is clearly his attempt to cement his policies so that Trump cannot undo them. However, it’s not going to work. What we’re witnessing is a parade of failures. Liz Cheney and the January 6th committee? A collection of frauds and failures who misled the nation,” Hawley remarked.

Hawley criticized Biden’s Ukraine policy, describing it as a disaster. “Biden has brought us nothing but war. Everywhere we look, there’s danger—on our streets and at our borders. Americans voted to reject all of this chaos. That’s why they chose Trump,” he explained.

The Debate Over ‘Restoring America’

The discussion shifted to the ongoing narrative surrounding the January 6th Capitol events. Hawley expressed frustration at the Democrats’ tactics. “Their efforts have been outrageous. The courts dismissed their attempts to label Trump as an insurrectionist and remove him from the ballot. The American people saw through it and reelected him,” he asserted.

“The country is tired of the Democrats’ playbook—the lies, the division, and their policies that weaken America. This is why Trump remains the people’s choice,” Hawley concluded.
