In a recent segment of The Ingraham Angle, Missouri Senator Josh Hawley delivered a sharp critique of Kamala Harris’s record as Vice President. He highlighted how the current administration’s failures have led to Harris’s declining support. Hawley described the closing weeks of the election campaign as desperate attempts by Democrats to distract voters from her poor leadership.
“They’re incredibly desperate,” Hawley remarked. “If Kamala were my candidate, I’d be desperate too.” He noted that Barack and Michelle Obama are working hard to “disappear the Harris-Biden administration” from the conversation. However, Hawley emphasized that this tactic won’t succeed, as Harris’s record speaks for itself.
Speaker Johnson: Voters Care About Policy, Not Trump’s Cholesterol
The senator pointed to several key issues that have plagued Harris’s tenure. “15 million illegals or more, crime like we’ve never seen, inflation at a 40-year high—that’s Kamala’s record,” he stated. Hawley made it clear that these failures are undeniable and that voters won’t forget them as election day approaches.
Another concern he raised was the influence of corporate America on Democratic leadership. He suggested that corporate donors have played a pivotal role in positioning Kamala Harris as the new face of the party. “Who forced out Joe Biden? Corporate America said, ‘We’ve gotten all we can out of him. Now we need Kamala,’” Hawley asserted. He added that this move shows how deeply entrenched corporate interests have become in the Democratic Party.
The senator framed the election as a contest between “corporatists and working people,” with many working-class voters supporting Donald Trump. He believes this divide will be a decisive factor in the outcome. “No amount of distraction, however many speeches Obama and Michelle give, can change Kamala’s four-year record,” Hawley said.
He concluded by addressing the mood of the nation. “People overwhelmingly say we’re on the wrong track. Whose fault is that? Kamala’s,” he declared. Hawley’s remarks highlighted the deep frustrations many Americans feel with the current administration and his confidence in Trump’s victory based on these sentiments.
